Finally get out and discover the illuminated city…

« One day, one elsewhere » ended with the deconfinement in France. Now it’s time for « One day, one discovery »: strolls in search of the lights and beautiful people to open up new horizons for 2021… close to you! January 1st being in 31 days, this article is therefore D-31.

Au terme d’un mois confiné, sortir le soir pour arpenter la ville illuminée et redécouvrir l’hôtel du Midi Paris, au début de l’avenue René Coty, sous un autre angle.

Like a child, marvel at the lights and marvel at the colours projected on the facades of the Place des Droits de l’enfant.

Escape from the neighbourhood, as it is now allowed, head straight to the banks of the Seine and stop in front of the burning National Assembly.

Spend a good time getting excited in front of the pools and statues of the Place de la Concorde.

Check that everyone is in their place and that nothing has changed.

Cross the proud gaze of the Iron Lady as she travels through the city.

Make another breakaway on the Louvre side and see that, on the forecourt, the light fixtures are still well aligned.

Go up in the district and arrive in rue de Bigorre, under the rain which multiplies the reflections of the lights on the wet cobblestones.

Savour the magic of half deserted places at the end of the evening.

Go back through the alleys and cross only a shadow on the cobblestones.
